How to Use

Fill the mould with water and place it in the freezer for a few hours. Once frozen, gently move the ice roller continuously over the face and neck using light pressure.

Do not hold the ice against one area for an extended period. Avoid direct use on the eyelids, broken skin or irritated skin. Stop using it if you experience discomfort or excessive redness.
